Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can also track anytime in your Maiva account → Orders.

We dispatch orders within 2 business days (Mon–Sat; excluding Sundays & public holidays) from our Mumbai facility. Delivery typically takes 2–7 days depending on your location (metros are usually faster). You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link.

If your Maiva products arrive damaged, don’t worry — we’ll make it right. Please share clear photos of the damaged goods with us via email or the contact form on our website. Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup and issue a full refund or replacement as per your preference.

As our products are food and nutrition items, we cannot accept returns once they’ve been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, expired, or spoiled, we will make it right.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Please inform us within 4 days of delivery.
  
• Please share a copy of your purchase bill along with clear images of the product via email or our website form.
  
• Once verified, we’ll arrange a return pickup for safe disposal and issue a full refund or replacement.

Refunds are processed in two quick steps:

1. Our team will verify your order and claim within 3–4 working days.
   
2. Once approved, the refund is initiated via bank transfer and usually reflects in your account within 3–5 banking days.

Maiva protein powders have a shelf life of 12–18 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness.
